I’m Maria and I am originally from Sweden.

The classes I teach, is Hatha Yoga. I work a lot with alignment, breathing and grounding. The feeling, I would like you to have after one of my classes, is that you feel relaxed, peaceful and full of joy! It is so much fun teaching and helping others and I learn so much myself each and every time.
